Finbar are very aggressive multi story apartment builders/ owners in the Iron ore capitol of aussie . This stock has been overlooked Except by Directors , Thorney holdings,(and my self amongst others no doubt) Thorney and directors purchsed at around the 1$ Mark. My point being at todays price of $0.935 the grossed up div.pa is 12.9% .... Thorney topped up 7 mill. in May directors continue to buy.. Any investors looking for a reliable high return should investigate this stock, a trader should look at medimum term gains maybe I leave myself open for longer yield or cash in on a spurt growth ..
