thanks for the tip vinn, I did some research and find this a compelling story,
PE ~6,yield > 10%, lots of joint ventures to minimise risk, lots of pre sales, exposure to Perth & district (positive and negatives here, Mandorah property not doing so well atm but these guys do not hang on to their stock) projects at Karratha where there there are housing shortages and likely to persist for a couple of years yet.
If Europe & US don't crash, and I don't think they will, this looks like a good bet. I dipped in today.
