The term "bottom feeder" comes to mind.

Why would somebody, who's as successful as you are Ryan, even bother with trying to point out the downside to our business?

It's an interesting question because it seems out of character for somebody like you.

On different occasions, you've stated that you donate your trading earnings to charity and that you only run your businesses so that you can give people an opportunity.
It's nothing to do with profits.

You've posted that you're a very successful business man on several occasions and that you've built businesses which you've then sold off to the highest bidders.

You paint yourself as an expert because you think you've done your research on a couple of companies that you've googled.
I think you've shown your age in this department given that you can't quite grasp the difference in offerings of differing fintechs.
You haven't even grasped the fact over the past 6 months that Xplan is a non-competing technology to IAM. It's complementary.

This does not bode well for your upcoming business venture.

You try to portray yourself as an expert Ryan but to be frank, the game has passed you by.
If you can't even grasp the simplest concept of what Intiger do as a business then I suggest you don't move into the wealth management game.

Time and again, all you've stated is that IAM is an offshore base and that any number of the fintechs you've listed can compete and over-run it.

    Incorrect.

You state that together with an offshoring company and a combination of your listed fintechs, you can "frankenstein" a solution that would be better than Intiger.

Well here's a question for you Ryan.
    Can you?

Can a combination of Midwinter/Advisor Logic/Offshore Company give you the exact offering that Intiger give?

Can they guarantee a price for a service and a guaranteed turnaround time as well as guarantee compliance?

Ryan, I'll tell you right now, they can't.
You aren't very "techy" so I'll let you in on a bit of a secret. Getting programs to talk to each other is a nightmare and usually requires the employment of developers as well as maintenance. Then offloading those results to an offshore company to cross t's and dot i's is a mission in itself.
You need to train the workforce in the exact job you want done.
In doing this you'd then have to send them the exact data needed in the exact format every time.
Alternatively, you'd get a developer to write a program to do this.
That would cost a fair amount and take a very long time. And it still doesn't streamline the process because the end result of having to send the data offshore hasn't changed.

Instead, you could go to Intiger, who's already done all of this, and you can order an SOA from the portal for $50 and have it back in the agreed upon time.

Because management are smarter than you Ryan, they've also begun thinking about the scalability of the business and are working out what can be automated the easiest so that there will be less and less labour costs as the business grows.
This will increase profit margins as we move forward and enable us to hit the targets we've set.

You really don't seem to be an expert at all Ryan.
You also don't seem to be the type of person who would donate money to any charity.
You instead seem to be an individual who is trying to manipulate a view on a company to profit for your own benefit.

It must be a sad living pretending to be a great man while looking in the mirror and only seeing pond scum stare back at you.
