The outsourced labour model is not new. I think the "middleware" between the planners and the remote low paid workers is the innovation but I am not familiar with the similar private company offerings.

In any case AI and Machine learning initiatives will make remote low cost labour and redundant within 5 years and in theory the middleware could be adapted to interface to someone elses AI platform but this may impact margins. Meanwhile IAM might be able to exploit a temporary niche in the industry by reducing cost with their middleware software integration with the low paid workers in Phillipines and Bangladesh.

Lets see profit figures in up coming results over the next 12 months - this will tell a story of success or failure to generate revenue and tell the real story about commercial interest and viability.
