We needed the SML to come in last week. I think we are now unlikely to see this happen before the end of the election and realistically not until the new year. When the election is over how long will it take this Tanzanian Government to get their house in order. Will there be new ministers appointed etc etc. Does anyone actually work's in the Tanzanian mines department!
