I hope you made a few bucks out of AEC. I've held onto my CPB's, I think its going places.

Just with AHE, the debt figure is floor stock. The Rand cold storage business looks good and the property they recently bought in NSW is massive and could really accelerate their growth.

I spoke to a senior manager at the AGM and he told me two key points about AHE / and the car industry as a whole.

1. Interest rates stay stable.
So people can work out if they actually can afford a new car.

2. Unemployment.
If the number stays low, people always trade-up.

The recent Euroz report has a target of $3.15 and they pay fully franked divi's.
