2H20 paid 2 cent div on revenue of $255 million.
1H21 revenue to date (including ships for month of May: Innovation, Artemis and Darya Shanti) = $357 million.
That is an increase of $102 million which I figure can easily afford the extra $23 million in dividend bringing the dividend for 1H21 to 4 cents.
But wait there is more, there is still June to go . . . . . . 2 ships in June will increase 1H21 revenue to $417 million meaning a 5 cent dividend.
