Its kinda obvious that we will see 4 cent dividends in September. Grange cannot spend just hundreds of millions in Coffee cups or another real estate adventure. The money they earn this quarter is real and predictable. So its almost impossible, to imagine, that they would only give 2 cent. 25 percent of free Cashflow is between 4 and 5 cent for the half. Given that they always lower down the dividends, in that case it would appear more like cheating if its only 2 cent.
From our predictions its 4 cent dividends in any case, which brings the fair value of the stock over 1 Dollar. There is only so much what a BOD can go away with.
