What a load of drivel. GRR isn't a takeover target, the current major shareholders have no desire to takeover Grange. Why would they, it was already a private company owned by the Chinese prior to the reverse takeover by Grange.
gassin, do you really think that someone else besides the current major shareholder would want to buy GRR?
You're dreaming, no other Chinese company or other "bigger player" would be interested as the premium needed for Shagang to be enticed to sell would be more than $1/share.
Definitely not 30 cents /share.
Any takeover around 30 cents would only get a few dregs ,( ie day traders and short term regurgitators, less than 10%) it might be a good idea to look at the share register to understand that no takeover is possible under $1.
End of story.
