Tsk. What business does a Tasmanian iron ore miner have in property development in Prahan????

I would like to know where $3.65M (before stamp duty) sits on the list of all time most expensive apartments in Prahan. My guts tell me that figure would not be too far from the top. Sure, someone has to hold the record at any one point in time but Grange should not be in the business of challenging it...especially when apartments are on the nose and semi-detached and free standing property (beautiful Victorian era properties with Italianate flourishes) are cheaper!
