Never mind people, big kahuna footmax has assured us that we are going to make big dollars on this project. Actually we should quit Iron ore and move into apartment development business just like many miners switched to growing weed.
Digging isn't profitable and we can make 30% ROI easily. Why bother with that dirty stuff.
