    Mchdlw - Residential Project addresses; 2 Lumley Court, Prahan. I'd expect this Prahan development should be close to Practical Completion and close to titles issuing thus likely 3 settlements in near course. Advertising on real estate.com seems to suggest only two left to sell / contract DYOR. One of the pre-sale may include Penfolds Chief Winemaker - I'd be confident he would understand quality and value. Other Development known as Carter - Toorak is located at 1103 Malvern Rd. Suggest you visit the Grange ROC website for details on the other project.
    Rocket973 posted excellent analysis on 27 April 2019 on the projects. The settlemets should trigger j/v partner loan repayments so capital plus interest and share of development profits for Lumley Court should be booked in FYE 31 Dec 2019 IMO.
