I suspect it won't be the only company in Australia to be in that position - and in the end that should not matter anyway. Your pint about the voting block is valid of course.
Not even sure why this is being discussed. A near majority overseas shareholder is not necessarily a bad or good thing. In the end, they should be seeking maximum profits for all shareholders - and they would benefit equally.
Can we move on and maybe discuss more important things associated with GRR.
