My personal calculations attribute fair value as cash + PE ratio of 5 (more than 10 operating years so this is probably conservative).
current i have it around $2.40.
all my opinion and calcs that could be wrong, not advice at all, do your own research and speak to a professional (i am certainly not one) etc etc..
