Ferroexpo has operated for decades without much issue in Ukraine & yes paid some substantial dividends, its one of the biggest pellet producers in the world... There is no shortage of corrupts in our own backyards, just depends how u look at it.. Ferroexpo as a company has looks after its shareholders better than most companies on the asx, so to put down a good company just bcz of country seems like your top part of your head is corrupt with something
