You need to do your homework. No foreign entities investing in GRR ASX are subject to with-holding tax and in fact foreign entities are capital gains tax exempt . . . couttesy of ATO legislation introduced by the Howard Costello government. The legislation was intoduced to encorage foreign investment into the ASX to increase liquidity.
