    Why would you be disappointed about the seperate infrastructure company being set up?
    Would you rather the sale of those brilliant assets be sold to someone else/another domestic or foreign player as per ACCC agreement when TOL acquired PRK? I sure wouldnt. And would be happy for Mr Rowsthorn to be chairman.
