Also MMX did not call for mediation.
It is part of the court process. MMX have told us it was not them who asked for it. Check their announcement re: litigation some time late Aug.
I am a little worried that MMX may offer CHM shares as settlement.
If they did then CHM would greatly benefit from the reduced MMX SP.
