buy on market?

manipulte the market to keep the price down so that when the raise comes - it's not only at a discount for you - but, at a lower price

Now -- if the company has say 15 or 20 million in cash - they can pretty much give the bird to the funds and say - look - if you want in - then, buy on market - or we will offer you a raise at such and such a price - and, that price will not screw yourself.

This is exactly why 5 r6 or 7 million NOW -- doesn't mean a dammed thing except that Michelle can buy next weeks coffee and a new cup because Tom knocked the other one off the desk and broke it.

We need cash asap and at a pretty solid raise price to keep the dilution low - AND as a strategy for when the funds do actually begin to be interested enough to be in ---------- that's my take on it.

It's not next week that's important - it's the next half year- or more --

that's if we want to keep this thing to about ???????? say 250 million shares.
