    Yep they are low on cash but only have around 20 million shares on issue & around half these are contributing....(From memory)....

    US $25 dollars a barrel costs to extract leaves room for some profits......

    Billions of barrels.....On shore........

    Potential is huge....

    Hope she gets the go ahead but might have a while to wait yet.......
