    Back in the 20's now. I guess the market is just dishing out some punishment for failure to deliver on the timelines they stated. They've had this happen a few times now, and COVID was given as the reason in the past, so they should have been aware of the need not to over-promise as to what they can deliver. I guess we live in hope that the lesson will eventually be learned.
