    More info from page 7 of the 22/9/20 presentation to help with your Alpha valuation:

    "........with the retort and processing (bitumen products) system aimed to have an operational life of more than 10 years and the power infrastructure (solar farm and switching station) aimed to have an operational life of more than 30 years....."

    So could one say that the Bitumen products has a P/E of around 10 and the Electricity a P/E of around 30?
