that's why I said "limited" moratorium.
and look, if it's NOT the potentially higher regulatory threshold for oil shale projects, then why the bizarre focus shifts? why delay a whole project because of some new fascination with energy production. no wait. solar. no wait. geothermal.
I mean, the elephant in the room is this question:
if energy is the primary commodity, why do we even need a torbanite mine to build a geothermal power plant?
it doesn't make any sense. at all.
