The 22.03.21 SPP issue of 34.6m shares at $.13 would have be putting pressure on the share price from the 12 month anniversary 22.03.22.
Also there was a placement of 15.9m shares on 30.04.21 at $.20 and the early May 2022 selling we are now seeing may be coming from the anniversary of this placement? Although it would be loss selling below $.20.
Large SPP issues and or placements can be troublesome for shareholders.
I just hope that the Board will promote the company better and get the shareprice up before we next raise capital!
