    Well, I have laid a $2m bet on GRV. Let’s see how clever I am in say 6 to 12 months. I did the same thing with BDC and made a 25% return. ( Let’s not mention PLS- lol)

    have a feeling this might be a little more lucrative….we will see.

    Alpha is $1.50 per share if they prove up the geothermal. And then there’s the East Tenant.
