    Bitumen is a hard market to crack and i bet many people are unaware of how purchasing is made.
    Its not all that simple and the major consumers of Bitumen in OZ do not compete for the stuff, they are actually an alliance.
    Its not all that simple as it sounds, not to say that Alpha is not a good project.
    IMO.
