It appears that for Alpha to stand any chance of being permitted the company must pursue the development of capital intensive green power / carbon credit source- which in all likelihood will push commercialisation out by years. The company also appears to be floundering in this pursuit pivoting from solar farms to DIY geothermal to purchasing a company years away from power generation.
None of this should be 'new information' after spruiking the near term production of the project and raising capital on the back of that. At face value it's not a great look and the market seems to agree.
Hence 'a lot of explaining to do'.
