    Queensland is about to find out about the new resources taxes being raised in next week's budget. You think a carbon emitting project like Alpha will get through approvals without these taxes (sometimes called royalties)? Renewables have a future but will need deep pockets something not available to GRV at present. It is all predictable if you care to read more widely than HC.
