    And this is what i was noting yesterday on the cost to get Alpha up and running -

    ''A relatively low-cost Alpha development would require a retort which would heat the torbanite to 600 degrees using technology that is well known''

    The capital expenses and ongoing expenses for Alpha are going to be very low, with such an huge demand for the Bitumen and Hydro Carbon this thing is going to be so profitable, and one hell of a cash cow!

    Added to all of that the Torbanite is so easy to actually mine and it is almost at the surface of the ground, so the actual mining costs are miniscule compared to normal underground mining.
