With only 450,000 for sale up to 39C i would be surprised to see low 30's again. I think we will tread water with a small variance above or below where we are now before the next leg past 40C, we will keep following the same trend on the chart.
News could drop anytime which would push us over 40C, more and more are holding tight now and the buyers are going to need to pay up if they want in.
