whoever has the order at 50c has to be in the top 20.... lowest share holder has 3.3 million shares.
two seperate orders 1.2 million and 1.87 million shares at that price, can't tell me it's not the same person and yes it falls just short of being in the top 20 but i would think pretty convincingly it's someone in the top 20,
why do it? we need a updated top 20 as it was from March 31st this year.
could be still accumulating?
