The sell looks like it is getting thinned out by the buyer/s moving the SP up and down systematically & hoovering up parcels. Take the SP up to new highs, and sellers are drawn out by the more attractive price. Take it down again by a few pips, and draw out weak hands who may get spooked. And this just keeps thinnning out the amount for sale. Apart from the 250,000 on offer at 46.5 there is not much for sale on the way up to that cap at 50 cents.
