I suspect that big sell order is held by someone with the best interests of the company at heart. it was there originally at 40c but then moved to 50c.
the reason I say that is because I think it's there to serve as a cap to prevent this thing from going stupid too quickly. and that holder, at their discretion, will move it when they feel the sp is strong enough to move up.
