I'm in two minds about regular junior reporting.

I hold a junior explorer in Quebec, very experienced management team, and they never say boo. and you have to sometimes wonder just what they're actually even doing. but I trust the management so I have to be content with that.

I also hold another junior explorer who is intent on making announcement every time someone in the company passes wind. and it's great to be so constantly informed about the progress of the company.

but...

the net result of so many announcements is that the market gets fatigued. people start tuning out when there's a "market sensitive" announcement every two weeks that really just says "we're doing x now... like we said we would".

so when good news does come along; it may get missed by most of the market. which does provide some good buying opportunities. but still, if you want the sp to appreciate, it's not so good.

conversely, the holders of the quiet achievers get left with the anxiety of not knowing in the long gaps between announcements BUT the sp usually spikes hugely when news does come, because it's usually news of substance. and people are paying attention.

I like to think GRV is the quiet achiever.
