THE ROLE
As the Exploration Manager you will establish an internal exploration function, defining and coordinating tenement drilling activities that define and grow the company's resource portfolio.
You will build a high performing exploration department, with the autonomy to choose the right people, systems and process for success. You will develop internal capability, bringing important geological data bases in house.
As a confident presenter, you will support the Executive Director in investor meetings and conferences. You'll enjoy building stakeholder relationships with community and government.
