GRY and other investments

I am a long suffering GRY shareholder. Don’t think much of the heap leach project but the new exploration ground they JV with Boss looks great, probably the best part of GRY.
Same broker that put me into GRY also told me to look at another gold explorer AQI which has a project in Guyana and I noticed it seems to be related to GRY. Their presentations states Stephen Parsons and Simon Bolster as consultants who are also MD and Exploration Head for GRY.  They seem to be major shareholders in this other company them selves which raises conflict questions?
Does GRY have some sort of interest in AQI or provided some investment? Hopefully that is not where shareholder money is going supporting another company that has nothing to do with it but helping personal interest. I know GRY is a shareholder in TAW which I also own, but not sure about this one?
