Notice that now Stonehorse energy is almost negative 1 million Enterprise value, that is 14% of its market cap.

This is equivalent to buying a a rental property for 6.8 million and in kitchen finding 5.6 million in cash for the new owner, along with others cash items totaling 7.8 million... just buying it and you make a profit... and this is considering the rent of around a few million ,or annual return of around 40+ %

Most rental properties return after rates ,fees etc around 3 to 4 % ,

All this is derived from public available information, cash is in the last quartile, we know BRK shares price and number, WE know Caroline and Gryphon production...

and the profit generated from them as reported at the start of this thread

David Deloub has said how much profit gas, NGL and Condensates generate, he has given you the production volumes ... and the unit cost.
It does not take a astro-physacist to work this out yourself.

THE NUMBERS DONT LIE.
The production volume are in the graph in the last quartile and the previous ones. the prices we know because David told us and are available on Alberta goverment website.

Bargains like this only come around a few times a year.
