I personally believe that last quarter reported "Receipts from customers "was significantly below expectations trigger selling.
I can only assume this was due to standard business delays of 2 months in payment from pinecliff or that holding back payment to SHE as payment for new Caroline well options as the caroline well has been producing for near enough 6 months.
If it is just delays then should see payments in next report otherwise their may be be concerns.
