Shopping today at DJS... buying a $20 kids board game... no queues. Packaging was damaged; asked if they had any others... comment was that this was the only one on display.
Asked if there were any others at other stores... "There may be, you may need to go have a look"
pregnant pause... about 2 seconds later she suggested that she could call but might not get through.
Asked her if she could... still no customers behind me.
4 minutes later she got through, was passed between two operators, finally reserved one for me.
Compare this to shopping online... its truly ridiculous.
We don't need GS to downramp this stock... the staff and the back office systems that hobble them in doing their job are doing a great job of trashing the brand
Hopefully McInnes will clean DJS up once Sol purchases this dog
Anyone who thinks DJS has a future hasn't tried shopping at their stores
