There is no way on God¡¦s Green Earth that this company will do a rights issue. What is in it for our directors, they hold no shares at present. Maybe a placement, I think you¡¦ll find it won¡¦t be conducted.
From my discussions with PC I would not expect the SP to stay at these levels. Therefore, a rights issue (if at all) would be done later on (the announcement states ¡§should there be¡¨) then it would be done on different terms. There is no way top 20 shareholders would except a rights issue at these levels...
