gs update announcement out, page-6

Is there anything positive about this announcement?
To me, it just reads as if to say: we have been unable to find a buyer given the current state of the assets, and we need to "tart things up a bit" before anybody will be interested in buying... and for that, we'll need more money, so expect us to ask for it via a share placement sometime in the near future.

Is it just me, or is that the gist of it?
