Fact is none of the shareholders have a large enough holding to go it alone and most of them will realise that this announcement really suggests that there are no buyers at this stage which ultimately means without a cash injection the shares will end up worthless...

I also expect that the banks extended funding on the agreement MAE would raise capitalto strenghten there position through development and also possibly pay back a significant amount of the debt...

All in all it looks like the deals have not eventuated and shareholders are likely to be pretty unhappy with the outcome....
