    Further to the takeover thought....CTP are in the process of a JV drilling partner who must be will to spend circa $50M I think a takeover would be considered for $150M considering the currnt market cap is less than $100M. Breaking up the assets into producing and non producing the buyer might consider the producing assets at $150M - $180M and Dukas Range and Zevon at $100M to $150M ?

    Very hard to put real prices on these producing and exploration assets because they have not been valued before??

    Interested in thoughts on values.
