At the AGM, Miltos confirmed that the key terms of the GSA are nearing conclusion, which are planned to be finalised this quarter. Most likely at the end of June as per EME on LSE:AIM. So we can expect an Ann from CRD on agreement of the definitive terms of the GSA, followed by signature most likely in the follwing months. Most likely probably followed by the 26.5% divestment agreement details some time afterwards.
