I think it's how it's often done chappo going from a couple of other companies I watch.
I reckon they should be paid at what they value the stock at. So CK Locke receive shares at 28c each.
On a side note, crayfish/lobster is smelly, disgusting and funnily enough I live in this crayfish hot spot you guys are on about.
