    Connect East Group (CEU) maintained a BUY at GSJB Were with 125c target price, posting initial toll traffic on EastLink at 275,364 – puts the stock well above current market prices but investors cautious of infrastructure sector and will likely wait until traffic figures in August before investing. Down another 2 per cent early on.
