This has to be the most sensible post I've seen in a while.

Life goes on no matter what. I continue to have a stong feeling that CNP will survive because it's in everyone's best interest to keep it afloat. There is just too much at stake to let it go into admin (billions of dollars down the sh#t whole because of the loss in fee generating management assets).

I'm also of the opinion that the banks will most likely just provide the company with a long term (2 to 3 years) extension - without the D2E swap.

CNP is alive (but not well). Given time, it will recover.
