Remember that the sp grading is only for this year only..they have only made an estimate for 2008...they are doing this to all of their recommendations in this current financing environment...not just SDL...when the finance markets improve and they will they will regrade all these projects....
They are saying that it will take them longer to finance...i dont know whether that is necessarily true...once they finalise their drilling results there will be so many companies knocking on their door to finance especially from china or maybe india...who have a good understanding itabirites potential.....
