    I found article regarding GSJWB's CQO rating on 21/04/10
    AFR page 56.(I can not bring whole contents)

    "......GSJBW's preferred A-REITs are Goodman Group, Mirvac Group,Charter Hall Retail(CQR) and Charter Hall Office(CQO), which have "buy" rating and Stockland, which has "hold" rating. Mr Wheatkey said GSJBW was avoiding listed trusts with unattractive earning growth potential, including Westfiedl, GPT Group and Dexus Property.......

    While AFR on 20/4/10,
    Macquarie rated Charter Hall Office REIT a neutral.
