that would be the first sensible post I've seen on the BTA litigation issue. Not dismissing the BTA case entirely, but anyone who thinks BTA's case against GSK is a lay down mysere is in for a very rude awakening. You have to realise that most big suits like BTA's are largely ambit claims. Reality says a deal will happen sometime in the next five years which BTA will accept.
